I wouldn't even mind that much if people dropped out if they just TOLD me, rather than string me along and make me wait because I keep hoping that they'll reply to my mails etc. I don't think I'm that scary a mod that people should think they can't talk to me if there's a problem. I'm with you on team "LET'S DO THIS AGAIN RIGHT AWAY". ;) Let's see how the vote goes (and, yes, asoiaf_exchange will be fun, too, there can never be too many exchanges :D).
