Deadline

The deadline is today. Unless we've agreed on an extension (or you've already sent in your fic/art, obviously), you should send me your fic/art by the end of the day. If there are any problems and you need a few more days, please let me know.

Posting starts tomorrow with one fic/drawing per day.

And the usual request to all members of the community, not just the participants: please, please comment. That should go without saying, but unfortunately it doesn't. Of course nobody expects you to read fics you're not interested in, but if you read something about your favourite characters and you like it, please take a minute or two to tell the author (or artist) that you appreciate their work. It doesn't need to be long; short feedback is better than no feedback. There's nothing more frustrating than putting a lot of work and time into a fic or a drawing and then nobody even bothers to comment when they read it. So, please, if you can take ten minutes to read a fic, you can take another minute to write a comment. :)

The last two times I posted the comment fic meme after all the fics were posted, to tide us over until the sign-ups for the next exchange round. I was thinking of doing it that way again this time (if people are still interested at all, what with the very active kinkmeme now).

I just got an email from my beta and apparently she was sick and only started on my fic today, so I'll need an extension. I can probably submit my work on Wednesday, or at the very latest on Thursday. I'm really sorry!

I got the deadline for this one mixed up in my head and sent my fic off to beta late. (I'm an idiot)

I'll have my fic done and dusted by Wednesday at the latest. So sorry.

I hope there is interest, the kinkmeme seems to be closed all the time and not everything is porn... I'm more into angst and silly parodies.

I just had the idea to send Arya to kill Mel... except it's kinda hard. Who could she replace whom Mel trusts?

Are we talking about the same kinkmeme? asoiafkinkmeme? Because it's usually open, except in between posts. It's open right now.
But either way, I guess I'll make a comment fic meme after the exchange and just hope for the best. ;)

Don't ask me, I'm terrible with everything plot-related. ;)
