Assignments sent

I sent out the assignments last night. Please make sure you have received an email from gotexchange[at]hotmail[dot]com. If you haven't, please tell me right away. I hope everyone is okay with their assignment. In most cases, you probably won't like all of the prompts you've been given, but I tried my best to give everyone at least two or three prompts with characters/pairings they like. Since there have been misunderstandings about this before: you only have to fill one prompt, not several.

If you have any questions about your prompts, please contact me, not your giftee. If you have to drop out, tell me as soon as possible so I can look for a pinch-hitter. Don't just disappear without a word.

For the record, there are 43 participants this time. Thanks to everybody for participating. I hope that all of you like your prompts and that you'll enjoy writing/drawing them.

To be honest, I think I was the instigator of the crazy (with help from juno_chan who's probably checking her inbox right now and wondering what the hell she started - oops) though this surely doesn't make you look as serious and unconcerned with frivolous things as Stannis. We're in Mad King territory, for sure. Your Grace, I believe we can agree on that point. Daario prompts in the next round would be a kindness greater than I deserve. (;

I'm really really really happy with my prompts for this round. I certainly don't envy you trying to match up everyone, and I always hope that whoever receives my prompts doesn't hate me too much...

Now for the hard part: actually writing the fic.

I'm very glad to hear that. :) And your own prompts are usually very open and give your gifter a lot of freedom, so I can't imagine anyone being too mad about getting them.

Hello dear,

Just a heads up - have been having some health probs and am having an operation on Monday. Since we still have quite a while left before the deadline hopefully it won't mean I'm late and I definitely don't want to drop out! But I thought i'd let you know super in advance that I may have some issues. Will keep you posted!
