I loved this! Your characterization was perfect, I love how Theon is still cocky and proud despite that he had a different upbringing. And yet the changes are great - wearing the iron chain and the line, "he needed reminding of who and, more importantly, what he was" is perfect. Not to mention the inclusion of Asha and how she faces the same doubts from her family that Theon faced. Robb/Asha is extremely intriguing, I'm glad you included that.
And of course the Robb/Theon interactions are adfhkd;fjh amazing. It's such a change from the brotherly love we see in the books, and the Northern pride versus Ironborn pride is excellent :). I love the last line, it sums up Theon so well.
