Thanks for the signal boost. :) Tbh I really don't know what the problem is this time. Usually there are about twice as many sign-ups at this point, things have NEVER been this slow. Not sure what happened, but it's a bit sad.

It really is. If anything I expected a lot of people to get into the fandom again because of the new show promos. It's weird, but I can't really do much more about it. :/

Yep, I'm amazed by how many sign-ups there were in the last two days. Yay! :D And thanks for recruiting some more people. ;)

I guess all we can hope for is for there to be a bunch of sign ups at the last minute? I remember one round there were over 50 participants, which astounded me at the time.

Yep, that one round was incredibly huge. It definitely surprised me (and the assignments took me ages), but it was wonderful. In general the exchange has always had at least 30 participants, usually between 35 and 40. And I doubt we'll get that many last minute sign-ups. It's mostly a pity because fewer participants make it harder to find a good fit for everyone, and of course the pinch-hitters will have less time to write something. Mostly I'm just baffled.

It seems like this round came up really fast after the last one (which was my first), but then I remember linndechir saying that people wanted it around now, so who knows? I've been trying to recruit.
