Schedule for round 4

Hi everyone!

The result of the poll: 58% (28 people) voted for "right away", so we'll go with that. I hope that some of the people who voted for August/September won't mind starting two weeks earlier and will still participate. After all it will be almost August by the time you'll get your assignments. :) My apologies to those of you who would have liked to wait longer.

So here's the schedule for round 4 of the exchange:

Sign-ups will be open from Monday, July 16th, to Friday, July 27th.
Assignments will be sent out on Sunday, July 29th.
The deadline for your fic/art is Sunday, September 16th.
Posting will start on Monday, September 17th.

Any objections to that schedule?

That'd be awesome. :DDD I mean, as a mod I'm happy about everyone who participates, but from a more selfish point of view I'm of course especially happy when people participate who like the same characters I like.

(Yep, it keeps surprising me. Although if the number of participants kees rising, it will become kind of intimidating. I already decided to take two days for the assignments this round after my 20-hour-shift last time to finish in one day. ;))

I think that you picked up a lot of tumblr people this time around as the community as promoted over there. That & season 2 really inspired people.

I'm thinking of asking for creepy art this time. Something trollish, Roose on the Iron Throne with Victarion as his smoking hand. ;)

That's possible, yes. And maybe people told their friends about it, I don't know. It always takes a bit of time until word gets around.
