If you're okay with receiving both fic and art, please make sure to write prompts that work for both. Either phrase your prompts in a way so they can be used for both fic and art, or write separate prompts (i.e. 4-6 fic prompts AND 4-6 art prompts). That's far easier for artists than getting fic prompts and only an added "I like art, too."

If your sign-up includes spoilers (prompts like "what happened after character X did this or that in ADWD?"), please warn for them so other participants don't get spoiled accidentally while reading through the sign-ups.

Please try to have a little bit of variety in your prompts. It's perfectly okay to want only fic about a certain character or group of characters, but if all your prompts are smut for the exact same pairing, it may get really hard for your writer. Also, please don't request six incredibly rare pairings. Rare ships are very welcome, but I will have trouble finding someone who can write for you if you have six prompts with ships that literally no other participant offered to write (and similarily, I will have trouble finding a recipient for you if you only offer to write/draw pairings or characters that nobody requested). The same goes for extremely detailed prompts and crossover prompts: one or two of those are okay, but not six of them. As a general rule, please remember that someone has to write/draw one of your prompts. Don't make their life unnecessarily difficult.

Send your finished fic/art to gotexchange[at]hotmail[dot]com by August 2nd. If you need an extension or if you have to drop out, please contact me as soon as possible. Don't just disappear. I reply to every email I get on the exchange account. If I do not reply to your email after a day or two, please assume that I did not get your message and resend it.

Please only send me fics as text files (.txt), or if that's not possible as .doc, .docx or .odt. Please include html tags for italics etc. in your file and check if your formatting works properly. Either ask someone to beta read your fic for you or at least proofread your fic thoroughly. If you don't know anyone who could beta for you, you can contact one of the people who signed up on this beta reader post.

I'm still reading the books and am up to date with the show until 4x01 still unfortunately, but I'm getting much closer, but I've seen 5x01 and am spoiled enough to know about pretty much anything of importance. I love the show, but definitely prefer the books.

I'm still fairly very new to writing ASOIAF - my last two exchange pieces were my first and pretty much only ASOIAF fics until this present day -, so I really only feel confident doing Catelyn and Cat/Ned, but I'm more than willing to also try Sansa, Margaery and Melisandre! And any Tullys (Tullies? How about Hoster/Minisa?), too. Perhaps even Petyr (mostly together with Cat or in reflection on her, though).

I do like modern AUs, but canon is great too. No preference as to genre; as long as it’s not rape or torture porn, it’s all good.

1. Cersei is married to Roose after the Purple Wedding. (Maybe Tywin just wants her out of the way?). Neither is thrilled about the match, but somehow they make a go of it (canon)
2. Tyrion is married to Margaery and they hit it off. They become a political force to be reckoned with. (canon)
3. Asha and Sansa meet and despite initial mutual suspicion, they come to respect another. It can be slash (smut would be quite welcome). It can also just be two people getting to know each other. (canon or mod au)
4. And continuing with the crack pairings, how about something in the mod au department where Davos starts dating Barbrey Dustin? How does this affect the relationship/dynamic he has with the rest of the Team Dragonstone crew—maybe Stannis is a politician trying to get elected? (I’m less about the specifics here and more about the dynamic).
5. A story with Tywin and Myrcella. Anything really, maybe something where Tywin comes to appreciate her cleverness? I’d love to know what the each thinks of the other. Canon or mod au.

Yes and yes. I generally prefer the books to the show, especially when it comes to how I picture the characters and differences in their characterizations. For example, Stannis charging into battle, yelling and waving a sword? No way. Samwell as a randy White Knight of the Friendzone? Come on, he wasn't THAT bad in the books. (That said, I like both of those actors; I just prefer their characters like they are in the novels.)

I'm up to date on the show, but I have not read the books. I know what happens in the books, though. I prefer a world where Sansa is eating lemon cakes in the Vale. They tell me that this is what happens in the books, so that's nice. (I don't mind book spoilers.)

4. Sansa meeting Stannis for the first time and discovering that he is kind of a dork. She adopts him. He is annoyed at first, but then puts up with it. (If you can make this happen in the book universe, that would be amazing. AUs are totally acceptable, though.)

Not too much angst, please! And only kill off really bad guys if there has to be character death.

Hi there, thanks for signing up. Are there any other pairings/characters you would be willing to write than the ones mentioned? Because those ships don't get requested very often, and while I of course always try to accommodate everyone, it'd be nice to know if you could also write any other ships/characters if all else fails.

For the same reason, are there any prompts for other pairings or characters that you would be interested in? That way your author would have a bit more choice.

As before: I've read all the books and seen up until s3 of the show before quitting, I've just been living vicariously through Tumblr. I am willing to incorporate aspects of the show into my fic, but for the most part I prefer to write for the books. (I could write for the show, but I'd end up with something that has liberal seasonings of book canon, so.)

Fic and/or fanart? Fic! I can also make picspam-style graphics and fanmixes to accompany said fic if the mood takes me.

Preferred characters and/or pairings: The Stark kids (and Jon Snow, but I especially love Robb welp), Catelyn and Ned Stark, Theon and Asha, Jon's NW clique (especially Sam), Ygritte, Gilly, Jeyne Westerling, Jeyne Poole, most of the Northerners in general--I have the most experience in writing them--and anyone else not listed below, I suppose. I'm not too picky. Also, Theon/Robb is my absolute OTP, followed closely by Sansa/happiness. Jon/Ygritte and Jon/Sam are somewhere up there, but I would be willing to try threesomes or even foursomes--Jon/Sam/Ygritte/Gilly, I'm fond of. Jon/Robb is my lone Starkcest ship, oops. Plus I like Sansa/Margaery, though I don't have much experience in writing Margaery herself, and Sansa/Shae (at least the show version of Shae), though I have little experience in writing it.

Characters and/or pairings you will NOT draw/write about: Anything Starkcest, save for the aforementioned Jon/Robb ship. I have an absolute hatred for Ramsay Snow, Roose Bolton and Littlefinger, so much so that if they appear in the fic, you can be sure they'll be dead by the end of it, and there is no chance of my writing anything for any ship featuring any of them. I also don't like Daenerys pairings that much, though I don't hate Daenerys herself--she has dragons, she's cool, but I don't really care that much for her, so she'll probably just be a minor character. Also no Sansa pairings with anyone other than Margaery, Shae or her happiness, and no Margaery pairings with anyone other than Sansa or being queen either. And I refuse to write Joffrey as anything more than a joke character or That Ex-Boyfriend Nobody Likes. As for show canon, I refuse to acknowledge a lot of things about the show, like Talisa or Pyp and Grenn dying or Jojen dying.

What kind of genres can you write/what kind of pictures can you draw? Fluff! Angst! Humor! Sometimes all three at the same time! Seriously, though, I've noticed that I usually write modern AUs, reincarnation AUs and AUs where Robb comes back from the dead somehow, although usually that never works out for him (I'm currently writing him as the Winter Soldier, for instance). So, generally, you can expect a bit of pain and bittersweet ending at least--more sweet than bitter, though, and very hopeful. Canon is painful, okay, I heal myself through fic.

Anything else I should know when I assign prompts to you? I can't write smut. I'm serious, it's not that I don't like porn because I do, I have enjoyed some very porny (and fully consensual) fics in the past, but I can't write it. I can write the lead-up, but then I'll either just fade to black or switch POVs.

1. Sansa/Shae: "I would kill for that girl." Instead of staying to testify against Tyrion, Shae decides to get the hell out of King's Landing. She also decides to take Sansa with her--if she has to murder multiple people to get Sansa out and to safety, then she damn well will.

2. Robb/Theon: Robb has been stuck in a time loop since the Red Wedding, from a few months before finding the direwolf pups to dying--and he dies in a different way every time, sometimes gruesome, sometimes hilarious, sometimes just plain stupid. Every time he dies he wakes up again in Winterfell with a killer hangover, and at this point has gone through it upwards of fifty times already (one time he sort of threw caution to the wind, he doesn't know what he was thinking when he married that nurse and he's pretty sure she was a spy) and has given up all hope of ever getting out of it. And then Theon starts banging on his door in the middle of the night, which did not happen before, which means he is no longer alone in the time loop. tl;dr: Robb and Theon do Mystery Spot and try to put things right, even if both of them keep dying in new and interesting ways. Take it as seriously or as crackily as you want. Preferably crackily, this was inspired by SPN's Mystery Spot.

3. Awkward sex. Look, porn is great and all, but sometimes I want sex that ends hilariously badly. Maybe someone comes too soon. Maybe someone farts in the middle of it and kills the mood. Maybe they fall off the bed. Maybe an attempt at dirty talk ends in someone cracking up horribly. I don't care, I just want incredibly awkward sex that both parties think is just hilarious. Bonus points if the bad sex leads to surprisingly good sex later on, but the focus needs to be on the awkward first go.

4. Fandom AU. War of the Five BNFs. That is all.

5. Jon/Sam, Daredevil AU: Sam meets his new (and blind) roommate Jon in college. They strike up a friendship right off the bat and become lawyers together. And then Sam finds out that Jon secretly moonlights as a ninja-ish vigilante when he finds Jon's prone body on his apartment floor what the hell. Up to you who fills the other roles.

6. Winter Soldier AU. For those who don't know what that is: one of the characters in Captain America: The Winter Soldier is known as the Winter Soldier, and he's a legend in the spies-and-paranoid-people community because he helped start wars and change history, basically he's the spy's boogey-man--if the Winter Soldier is coming after you, you're screwed. But everyone who's read the comics and knows who he is also knows that the Winter Soldier is actually Captain America's best friend Bucky, who was brainwashed and tortured by HYDRA into becoming their perfect weapon. It's seriously the saddest thing ever. Basically I want what happened to Bucky to happen to a character of your choice--maybe it's a straight-up MCU fusion AU or maybe it's set in Westeros with just the premise lifted, but I want it so bad you don't even know okay. I want the single-mindedness of someone who knows nothing but the orders they're given slowly cracking when they meet this familiar face, I want the act of pulling the mask off and the iconic "who the hell" line and the utter heartbreak that comes with it, I want the big "remember who you are" fight and the act of saving this familiar person and the chase and the homecoming and the recovery. I want the recovery so badly.

Your pet peeves and other things you DO NOT WANT in your story/art: Non-con. I can deal with the recovery and references to it just fine, oblique or otherwise, it's the act itself I have issues with. I will read the kinkiest (non-bathroom kink. or bloodplay.) things, so long as it's fully consensual, but no explicit non-con. Also, you can refer to R+L=J I guess, but it shouldn't make Jon any less of a Stark--he was raised as one, and as far as I'm concerned he's Ned Stark's bastard no matter whose he really is.

I enjoy both gen and shippy fics (femslash, slash or het). For shippy stuff, I'm good with all levels of romance/UST/smut, though I prefer even my romantic fic to have a bit of a bite to it or something bittersweet. Angst is a-OK. I love character studies, especially ones that tell us something about a character through the lens of their relationships with others. I like canon divergence and futurefic. In terms of structure, I'm super flexible. Present or past tense is fine. 5+1s/vignette forms if thematically linked in some way are absolutely welcome.

1) Loyalty or fealty kink for one of my favourite knight/lord or master/servant pairs. I like it played straight (e.g. trust, intimacy, duty, the servant sees things about the master that no one else does, a bit of H/C maybe), or you can subvert it/deconstruct it and make it a little darker--obsession, for example, or codependence, or one-sided/conflicted loyalty. I'm interested in a lot of pairings that could work well with this trope: Stannis/Jon(/Mel), Stannis/Davos, Jon/Sam, Jon/Satin, Melisandre/Selyse, Brienne/Sansa, Brienne/Cat, JonCon/Rhaegar, Renly/Loras, Aegon V/Dunk, Ashara/Elia, Gerris/Quentyn, Dany/Jorah or Dany/Irri (but strongly prefer these to be dysfunctional), Asha/Tris(and/or Qarl).

2) Stannis/Jon canon divergence/future fic where Stannis joins the Night's Watch (maybe he's captured and sentenced to take the black?). Either Jon stays LC and they have to deal with that power shift or a straight-up role-reversal with Lord Commander Baratheon and King Jon Targaryen/the King in the North.

3) The Red Widow. There is literally no fic and she's my favourite minor character. I was especially fascinated after we found out in TWOIAF that she's Tywin and Joanna's grandmother. I'm open to absolutely anything about her but some suggestions: her childhood. Her cultivation of her fierce Red Widow reputation. What were her reactions to each of her husbands' deaths--and were the deaths really as innocent as she told Dunk? What was her marriage to Ser Eustace like--particularly after she was mad about his son's death for so long. How did she end up married to Gerold Lannister? Might she meet Dunk and Egg again as Lady Lannister? What about her 'mysterious disappearance'--did she run away? Did Gerold the Golden have her killed or did one of his enemies take revenge for his rumoured murders? Did Cersei ever hear tales about her ferocious great-grandmother?

4) Something about House Mormont. Some kind of slice of life on Bear Island, or the relationships between Maege and her daughters (or her brother), or something to do with Lyanna left alone to rule and sending that letter to Stannis? Are they really bear wargs? How about Alysane meets Tormund and they share stories about bearfucking? Give me anything at all as long as it features Mormonts.

5) Religion. Theological worldbuilding floats my boat. It could be as grand and mystical as Bran and Bloodraven in the weirwoods, or as simple as a character praying to the Seven. Various ironborn and their relationship with the Drowned God (especially if you include Cotter Pyke and the dead things in the water)? Vignettes of various followers of R'hllor? Alternatively, an atheist in a world full of gods. Feel free to include anyone you like as long as they're not on my DNW list.

6) Wildcard: the only time a person can be brave is when they are afraid. Any of my preferred pairings or characters.

So EXTREME fluff and EXTREME angst aren’t really favs, but if you're gonna err on one side I'd prefer it to be on the fluff side. Because I really need the poor guy to be happy. 1. Stannis/Davos anything – modern AU, canon, whatever- bonus points for UST or smut. One idea that might be fun to explore is Stannis taking Jon’s advice from the books and he and Davos set out to seek the support of the Northern clans before marching on Winterfell. Stannis and Davos road trip could be funny, romantic or dangerous or a combination. Imagine Stannis’ reaction when Davos tells him that it’s customary for a visiting king to dance with and/or sleep with one of the important clanswomen.

2. Baratheon brothers (Robert, Stannis, Renly) have to learn to work together to complete a task – any task, any setting of your choice so could be a Modern AU.

3. What if Tyrion took the black instead of trial by combat. What would his life be like in the Night’s Watch? Bonus points if he is there when Stannis arrives and they interact.

Some ideas: Finding his mother and the man who was most important to her, finding out the his true parentage, interacting with other children of incest and bonding with them or fighting with them, deciding whether to return North of the Wall, really it's up to you. How much of Gilly and how much of Craster does this boy have in him?

4. I'm straight-up stealing someone else's idea. Reincarnation fic. Stannis/Davos, Willas/Oberyn, Selyse/Mel or any of my other preferred pairings or characters.

5. UST, "I swear I don't like you/your type/your gender" parade! Pick a pairing and have one person fight and fight and fight against their attraction to the other until they finally ... succumb.

eh, I'm willing to give pretty much anything a try, but it's worth mentioning that my writing is influenced by my feelings towards it. If you ask me for Sansa/Littlefinger or Thramsay (the two ships that I really hate), I'm not going to write fluff. That doesn't mean I won't treat those fictional relationships with respect and try my best to understand their dynamics, but I will most likely write it as past and/or onesided and it'll probably end up as a character study. So if you want an overly prosey analysis of the more toxic and unhealthy relationships in GoT, I can do that, but if you want me to write them a fluffy fake dating AU... you're going to be disappointed. (petyr 'creeper' baelish does not deserve the absolute magnificence that is that trope.)

OK so, I've always had a lot of feelings about the following. Would love to see any one of these prompts come to life, either as a story if you're a writer or scene from one if you're an artist :-)
- Robb lives/no Red Wedding AU. Arya joins his campaign at the Twins and together they make their way towards Kings Landing, dealing with their shared losses on the way. (bonus: Robb's reaction to Gendry.)
- Arya/Gendry modern AU. Arya's father is wealthy, Gendry is a mechanic, they meet at a bar. How does her family react?
- Arya and Sansa are the only ones left, after all is said and done. Character study.
- Theon and Robb each grow up with each other's names on their skin, because soulmate AUs are my crack. You can play around with this one; canon divergence (set in the ASOIAF verse, how would this change things?), character study, or full blown modern AU, whatever you like.
- Arya and Grey Worm meet and become besties--bear with me... Nope, I got nothing. Don't ask me why I need this so bad. Preferably not a modern AU, but hey, this is your jam if you can make it work. In which Grey Worm and Arya actually have a lot to offer each other as platonic friends--Arya makes it her personal mission to make Grey Worm visibly annoyed, they can communicate using only their eyebrows. On a more serious note, I think they'd understand each other quite well in terms of loss of identity, losing the people they love... and Grey Worm teaches Arya how to fight like an Unsullied (but more pissed off.) I just need it, OK?

1. Margaery/Sansa or Robb/Theon - Something inspired by Shura's Touch (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x2AOjb9HW2E). It's a lovely, bittersweet kind of song, so you can consider this the exception to my happy endings preference.
2. Benjen - AU where something prevents him from going out on that ranging, so he's still at Castle Black when plot related stuff goes down. I'd love to see Benjen+Jon, them talking about Ned, reactions to his death... or if you want to do something set in the future, does Benjen become Lord Commander? How does he deal with Stannis&co. when they're at the Wall?
3. Obara/Margaery - Somehow, Obara ends up as Margaery's bodyguard/sworn sword. I imagine they wouldn't get along very well at first, but somehow, feelings happen. (Modern AU is cool too.)
4. Kojja Mo/Asha - The Black Wind gets blown off course during a storm and puts in at one of the Summer Isles for repairs. Some kind of cultural exchange would be cool. Do they get along, or are they insta-enemies, or something in between?
5. Oberyn/Loras - Something that they have in common, imo, is a love of family and fierce protectiveness of their sisters. They bond over that. (Or they could bond over something less profound, like, idk, the shape of Renly's ass.)

Angst and dark themes are welcome, but I'd prefer if there was a happy or semi-happy ending instead of a completely tragic one. I love some UST & repressed desires even in gen fic (especially if you write about Stannis anywhere near Davos or Jon). I enjoy canon-divergent AUs and what-if-scenarios, but I don't like out-of-Westeros AUs (modern AUs etc.). Give at least four and up to six prompts you would like to see written/drawn:

1) Stannis/Jon or Stannis/Davos or Stannis/Sansa: post-war, Stannis has won the throne and someone tries to assassinate him. Up to you whether he is injured or just shaken up, up to you how he survived the assassination attempt (sheer luck? did his Kingsguard save him?). I mostly want to see Stannis' reaction to the whole thing as well as the person(s) of your choice fretting/taking care of him/feeling guilty for not being better at protecting him (especially if you write about Kingsguard!Jon) or however else they react to almost losing him. If you want to include more political plotting, that'd be great, too.

2) a Stannis-centric fic set after the War for the Dawn. Let's assume the Others have been defeated (preferably with a minimum of prophecies, magic swords, dragons and the like) and that Stannis and Jon have grown closer during said war (for any given value of 'closer'). Where do they go from there? Does Jon come South with Stannis as his Kingsguard? Does he insist on staying at the Wall? Has Davos found Rickon? What is Sansa up to? I love alliances between Stannis and the North, I'm definitely here for Stannis winning the Iron Throne; both Stannis/Sansa (as a surprisingly successful political marriage) and Stannis/Jon (as grumpy-allies-turned-friends-and/or-lovers) make me very happy, but I'll also gladly take genfic about politics and wars and scheming. I also love angsty "I want to come with you but what about my dutyyyyy?" shipfic for Stannis/Jon if you don't want to write plotty stuff.

3) Maegor Targaryen and Orys Baratheon. I once received a wonderful fic (http://got-exchange.livejournal.com/125440.html) that included a brief mention of Orys being the family member Maegor got along with best. I'd love to see a more detailed exploration of this. Uncle-nephew-bonding, sparring with each other, hanging out with Balerion, Orys trying to get Maegor to accept his role as the younger brother while also understanding his frustration and thinking that Aenys won't make much of a king, or something set after Aegon's death ... anything really.
Or: any fic exploring the parallels and mostly differences between Aegon/Orys and Maegor/Aenys (I'd love for it to be slashy, but just brotherly relationships are okay, too).

4) a post-ADWD confrontation between Euron and Victarion (I don't mind a bit of canon divergence from ADWD itself). I love Victarion, so I'd prefer if he was the one to survive, and I'd rather not receive a fic that is all about Daenerys and her dragons. What I want is Ironborn scheming or warfare, Victarion meeting up again with Aeron, or Asha convincing Victarion to kill Euron (or just helping him kill Euron, this is Asha we're talking about ;)); give me bloody fratricide and Victarion having a breakdown because the kinslayer is accursed in the eyes of gods and men. Gen is fine, but I'd also be happy about completely messed up, dubcon/noncon Victarion/Euron and/or (consensual) Victarion/Asha.

5) Victarion/Asha ruling the Iron Islands together post-series. I don't care if it's King Victarion with Asha as his advisor, or Queen Asha with Victarion as her right hand man, or even puppet king!Theon with Vic and Asha manipulating him together (can be post-Ramsay!Theon or AU!Theon who didn't have Ramsay happen to him) . Just show me what their shared rule looks like and how they work together and how they started working together and all that. Bonus for additional smut (but no complete PWP please).

2. (SEASON 5 SPOILERS, TV Series Continuity) Canon Divergence: Sam and Gilly leave the Wall, taking Shireen with them to keep her safe. It can be on Stannis's orders or behind Stannis's back; it can be to go to Oldtown as in the books or to somewhere else; whatever you think would make the best story. What will make me happy is seeing Shireen being smart and adorable and maybe even saving the day. (If you are current with the TV series, you know why I want this. SO MUCH. PLEASE.)

3. Canon Divergence: Catelyn lives. For real, not as Lady Stoneheart. How does she get away from the Red Wedding? What does she do next? How does she regather her family and allies? (I'm OK with either book or show continuity for this.)

4. Why are Tommen and Myrcella so nice? What positive role models have they had in their lives that would make them turn out to be such good people? You can focus on either or both - I’ll be happy regardless.

Absolute Do Not Want: Explicit sex or violence. Rape, non-con, dubcon. Incest. Humiliation. Sexual relationships between adults and teens. (Teen-teen is fine.) Violence against children, child abuse, or other children-in-peril. Misogyny, homophobia, and other bigotry.

Would Rather Not Have: Anachronisms, excessive angst, the Five Things structure, plotless character studies. Also, no character bashing - if you don't like a character, just leave them out. (If the characters hate each other, that's fine, of course.) Most AUs don't do it for me.

1. Jon/Sansa or Stannis/Sansa: He's not handsome or charming, but Sansa has come to learn that a decent man who will treat her well is the most attractive man of all. The level of the relationship can range from romantic to entirely platonic, for I’m very interested to see Sansa interact with Jon/Stannis post ADWD where neither Queen Daenerys nor R + L = J come into play.

2. Stannis and Davos: Something pre-canon, such as Davos helping Stannis plan the attack on Dragonstone, Stannis brooding with Davos after a frustrating small council meeting, Davos and Stannis working together to solve a mystery, or Stannis visiting Davos and his family on Cape Wrath. I’d like to see a focus on how the Stannis/Davos dynamic that we see in canon develops, for Stannis easily could have sent Davos off to Cape Wrath after the Storm’s End siege and never bothered with him again. While this prompt is gen, UST/repressed feelings between the two are welcome.

3. Stannis/Jon: Jon bends the knee. I don’t care when, I don’t care how, but I’m very interested to see Stannis and Jon work together in a capacity other than King/Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch. Perhaps Jon accepts the lordship of Winterfell or a place on Stannis’ Kingsguard or Small Council. Level of the relationship can range from romantic to entirely platonic, thought I have a weakness for hints of father/son interactions between them.

4. Ned interacting one-on-one with each of his children, including Jon. Feel free to set it at any time during before or during canon, or even have Ned’s spirit visit each of his children in a dream à la Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. I just want to see some Stark gen with Ned trying to be a good father.

5. AGOT AU: What if Ned simply refused Robert’s request to become Hand of the King? What kind of repercussions would this have for the politics of the realm and the major families (Starks, Baratheons, and Lannisters primarily)? Spin this however you want, such as a story focusing on what the Starks would be doing post Robert’s visit, the Lannisters doing their best to get rid of the newest Hand, Robert deciding to take a more proactive role as king and (since he can’t rely on Ned Stark for everything) fix relations with Stannis and Renly, etc.

6. 2. Rickon/Shireen, Selyse/Stannis, modern AU: Rickon is the resident troublemaker, and Stannis, the cop who often has to clean up after him, hates him. Imagine Stannis' shock when Rickon tries to court Shireen. Selyse thinks it's kind of cute, Davos finds it hilarious, Edric and Devan try to act as wingmen, Shireen is completely in love, and Stannis wonders why his whole family is insane for liking Rickon. Bonus points if there's some sort of Stark+Baratheon dinner at some point. My kingdom for Rickon being in a heavy metal/punk rock band.
3. Any: some sort of vigilante AU. Inspired by Arrow/The Flash, maybe? Hoping for a darker, film noir kind of type of vibe. As Arya is killing Meryn Trant, he reveals that he didn't kill Syrio - the man managed to pick up a fallen soldier's sword and defend himself long enough to incapacitate Meryn (who's not as tough as he talks), and escape. This sets Arya off on a quest to find her former dancing master, and she begins with his brother - Phario Forel. The two are eventually reunited, whether it turns romantic/sexual is up to the author.

2. Fluffy Jon/Satin, something involving that huge black fur cloak Jon wears. Could work for art or fic.

3. Arya and Rickon go North to retrieve Bran. Bonus if the Children are super surprised that they have three greenseers in their presence. Double bonus if Bloodraven tells Arya she reminds him of someone. This could be adapted for art with Arya and Rickon staring up at the majestic Three-Eyed Raven, and Bran sort of sitting next to him.

4. Satin is Oberyn's son, Willas looks out for him. And sometimes, euphemistically, "looks out for him", since he looks like his father in places, before Satin is sent to the Wall (the reasons for which are up to the discretion of the author, but I do like a good scandal). Could also be art, if you just wanted to do something with Willas and Satin.

5. Anything with Jaqen finding out about Arya's abilities to warg.

6. And if there's any pairings above that intrigue you that don't have prompts here, particularly the Bronn ones because I love Bronn's snark, go for it because I didn't list anything there that I wouldn't love to read or see in art. Or, like, show!Bronn singing on the way back to King's Landing and show!Myrcella thinking it's the best thing ever while everyone else is just sort of "Ugh!" at it, or show!Myrcella asking show!Bronn for stories and he keeps telling her increasingly more lewd ones and show!Jaime is like "Stop that, you're corrupting my 'niece'!".

I've read all 5 of the books but haven't read Dunk & Egg, most of the TWOW preview chapters, or anything in TWOIAF except for the Ironborn-related content.

2. House Harlaw fic. I love House Harlaw; I'd love to see a fic about the dynamics between Rodrik, Alannys, and Gwynesse. Or any of them individually, or in any combination.
3. The Greyjoy Rebellion from the POV of someone on the Iron Islands who isn't one of the nuncles. Rodrik, Maron, bb!Asha, Rodrik, Alannys, anyone's good.
4. Arya is fostered on Bear Island and learns their ways.
5. Petyr Baelish pre-canon, scheming and social climbing in Kings Landing.

Character studies, crack/humour, genderswaps, rivals-to-friends/lovers, most kinds of fun AUs are my favourite things to write. I've never written fake relationship fic but I LOVE it so I'd certainly give that a go.

4. Post series Queen Shireen with Queensguard Myrcella femslash. I'd love some Myrcella angsting about repeating the sins of her parents and Shireen comforting her. (Bonus points for Brienne being Lady Commander of said Queensguard, and Brienne x Myrcella friendship)
5. Any kind of mythology reimagined with asoiaf characters. (maybe Loras/Renly as Achilles/Patroclus, on the off chance that anyone's familiar with Thrymskvitha and could write/illustrate that with asoiaf characters that'd be ace. But honestly just pick a cool myth and a character/pairing from my list and go for it)
